1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of wagers that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Services" means all gaming products, payment facilities, customer support, and ancillary features offered through the yj388 Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the yj388 Platform, registering an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the yj388 Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use the yj388 Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and yj388 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings. yj388 reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. Eligibility & Registration

To register an Account and use the yj388 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 18 years of age. yj388 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 18. Any Account found to be held by a minor will be immediately closed, all balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to appropriate authorities.
• You are registering as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or entity.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You are not a current or former employee of yj388, nor an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You have not previously had an Account closed by yj388 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. yj388 may require identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested verification documents within 14 days will result in Account suspension.

4. Account Management

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on the yj388 Platform at any time. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — constitutes a material breach of these terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and all balances, including any winnings, being voided.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yj388 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. yj388 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify yj388 support immediately at [email protected].

yj388 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or regulatory guidance. In the event of Account closure for a breach by the Member, yj388 may withhold any balances pending investigation.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the yj388 Platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). yj388 supports deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, SadaPay, Raast, HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Bank Alfalah, and Meezan Bank, subject to availability and transaction limits set by those payment providers.

The minimum deposit on the yj388 Platform is 500 PKR. Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. Unverified accounts may be limited in the withdrawal amounts they can process. yj388 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, although your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering control. yj388 reserves the right to request documentation to confirm the source of funds for any withdrawal request exceeding 50,000 PKR. Processing times for verified accounts are typically within 24 hours; actual transfer times to your payment method depend on the provider.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

yj388 may offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms:

• Bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met in full before any portion of the Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples are stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational use only. yj388 reserves the right to withhold or reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a Member has engaged in low-risk or arbitrage betting strategies designed primarily to satisfy wagering requirements rather than for genuine gaming enjoyment.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, device, or IP address. Members who attempt to claim a welcome bonus more than once — whether through multiple accounts or other means — will have the duplicate bonus voided and may have their Account suspended.
• Bonus Funds expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account balance automatically and are not eligible for reinstatement.
• yj388 reserves the right to alter, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Member's Account in good faith will be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of issue.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games on the yj388 Platform operate under individual game rules published within each game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before play. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and individual game rules, the specific game rules take precedence for gameplay decisions.

yj388 digital games use independently verified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure that all outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or manipulated. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment streamed in real time. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are published within each game's information panel.

In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay — including server errors, disconnection, or software faults — yj388 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the Member's Account balance. yj388 will not be liable for winnings arising from demonstrably erroneous odds, payout errors, or game malfunctions caused by technical failure.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the yj388 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any technology designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or live dealer environments.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or loopholes in the yj388 Platform to obtain unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the yj388 Platform to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of disguising their origin.
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification.
• Opening multiple Accounts or using another person's Account credentials without authorisation.
• Making charge-back requests with your payment provider for deposits that were genuinely made by you and credited to your yj388 Account.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward yj388 staff or other players.

9. Responsible Gaming

yj388 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to all Members seriously. The yj388 Platform includes the following responsible gaming tools accessible from every Member Account:

• PKR Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Members may configure alerts to notify them after a set period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Members may elect to self-exclude from the yj388 Platform for any period between 24 hours and permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, yj388 will not accept any deposits or gameplay from the excluded Account.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the yj388 Platform — including but not limited to the yj388 brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the intellectual property of yj388 or its licensed partners. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership right or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any yj388 content without prior written consent.

You may not frame, mirror, or scrape the yj388 Platform, or use any automated tools to extract data from it, without yj388's express written authorisation. Violation of these intellectual property rights may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, yj388 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming funds caused by technical failure outside yj388's reasonable control.

yj388's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with these Terms & Conditions, regardless of the cause of action, shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member to their yj388 Account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by yj388's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Closure

You may close your yj388 Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Any confirmed real-money balance in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days, provided no pending withdrawal issues, outstanding wagering requirements, or suspected fraudulent activity is associated with the Account.

yj388 may close or suspend any Account without prior notice if it determines that the Member has breached these Terms & Conditions, provided false information, or engaged in activities that are harmful to the Platform or other Members. In such cases, yj388 reserves the right to withhold Account balances pending investigation and may permanently ban the relevant individual from the yj388 Platform.

13. Amendments to These Terms

yj388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, yj388 will provide reasonable notice to Members via the Platform or registered email address prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the yj388 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

If you do not agree to any amendment, you should stop using the Platform and close your Account. Amendments will not apply retroactively to completed transactions or to disputes arising before the amendment effective date.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the law applicable to the yj388 Platform's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and yj388 arising from your use of the Platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation via yj388 customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of formal notice, either party may elect to submit the matter to binding arbitration. Any arbitration shall be conducted in English. Nothing in this clause prevents yj388 from seeking immediate injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
